My Journey, My Calling, My Mission
I am Deborah Felix a Social Worker, a Nurse-in-Training, and a graduate of Home Economics & Food Science (B.Sc). I am also the Founder of Joyous Warm Embrace Foundation and the Convener of the Health, Hope & Empowerment Summit.
My life’s work is simple but deeply personal: to stop preventable deaths and raise the life expectancy of our people through health education, free medical outreaches, compassion, and faith.

What We do
We provide free medical screenings, consultations, diagnostics, and essential medications to individuals in underserved communities. Our outreaches are delivered by qualified medical professionals, ensuring early detection, proper guidance, and timely intervention for better health outcomes.
We conduct preventive health screenings to help individuals identify potential health issues early before they become serious. Our screenings include checks such as blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, malaria testing, and other vital assessments, empowering people to take proactive steps toward healthier and longer lives.
Our health talks are led by experienced medical professionals who educate communities on preventive healthcare, common health risks, and healthy living practices. These sessions empower individuals with practical knowledge to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
We support women and children through targeted health initiatives focused on maternal care, reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, child wellness, and preventive education. Our programs promote dignity, awareness, and access to essential healthcare services for mothers and young ones.
We offer personalized lifestyle guidance that encourages healthy habits, balanced nutrition, physical activity, and stress management. Through counseling and wellness education, we help individuals adopt sustainable practices that improve long term health and quality of life.
We support vulnerable individuals and families through feeding outreaches and welfare initiatives. By providing food, basic necessities, and compassionate support, we help ease immediate needs while restoring dignity, hope, and a sense of belonging within the community.
One Girl One Pad
Restoring dignity, confidence, and access to menstrual hygiene
Every girl deserves dignity, confidence, and the ability to stay in school without fear or shame. Through our One Girl, One Pad Initiative, we provide sanitary pads and menstrual health education to girls in underserved communities, helping them manage their periods safely and confidently.
